Payment
Methods:
Payment
for Orders online can be made with either a
VISA or
MASTERCARD credit
card or Cash On Delivery
arrangements can be made (for an additional
fee) if order is shipped UPS.
Shipping
Methods:
We charge shipping and handling on all
internet orders under $500.00*. Battery orders of 400 pieces or
more follow the same Free shipping restrictions as orders under
$500.00. All Shipping costs calculated online are estimates.

increase/decrease all shipping and handling costs on final
invoice. A C. R.
Time Company representative will always
notify customer of final invoice total prior to shipping their order
if shipping costs are different than estimated total.

is happy to ship your
package a variety of ways: UPS Ground, UPS third day (when
applicable), UPS second day, UPS next day, Priority Mail, and First
Class USPS. UPS requires that we charge an
additional fee for
residential deliveries and C.O.D. deliveries. This additional
cost will be made known to you by a C.
R. Time Company representative prior to
shipping your order if applicable.
*All "Free Shipping"
offers only apply to UPS shipped packages that are under 10lbs.
On packages over 10lbs, discounts on all UPS based shipping is given
in lieu of free shipping.
Minimum
Order:
Our
minimum order is $25.00, this amount is calculated excluding all
shipping and handling costs. If minimum amount is not met, order will
not go through.
Returns:
We will gladly
accept returns on malfunctioning or incorrect merchandise provided the
product is has not been used or damaged and is returned in the
original packaging with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining
the reason for return. Returned items may be subject to a
restocking fee. No returns will be accepted if received 30 days
after date of the original invoice or if merchandise does not
meet our criteria.

Damaged
Shipments:
If a shipment is
damaged, opened or tampered with during transit the customer must
contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. We cannot
do this for you. Retain all packaging material until after
inspection has been done by carrier.
Back
Orders:
We make every
effort to keep all products advertised in stock. In the event
we are out of stock of an item you order, we will back order it and
ship it to you upon our receipt. A representative from
C.
R. Time Company
will contact you to inform
you if any part of your order is back ordered and when the
product is estimated to be into our stock. When the product is
received into our stock, you will again be contacted and given the
opportunity to add on any additional items we may have at that
time. We do charge shipping on all back ordered items.
Sales Tax:
Appropriate
sales tax will be charged on all orders bound for Texas unless we have
proper exempt documentation on file.
