Warranty Policy

ALL Watches, Clocks and Jewelry equipment purchased from C.R. Time Company are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year.

Some products do have Limited Lifetime Warranties that guarantee the product against manufacturer defects provided the customer does NOT intentionally alter or damage the product.

C.R. Time Company is an authorized dealer of the available products and ALL manufacturer warranties are valid.

All warranties are between the end user and the products manufacturer. Any claims of defect in material or workmanship are to be handled by the manufacturer and at their discretion.
